Frequently Asked Questions
What currency are your prices in?Prices are displayed in Australian dollars.
You can use a currency converter like Xe to approximate conversions.
Do you post internationally?Yes, I ship worldwide! Detailed postage prices can be found on the cart page when you have added items to your cart. For more information, see Shipping and Returns.
Where are you located?My studio is located at 241H, Gate 4, 49 Station Road, Yeerongpilly, 4105. The studio is directly accross from the World Gym. Parking is available or it's a 500m walk from the Yeerongpilly train station.
Studio opening hours are Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's from 10am - 4pm.
How do I know if my order has been received and/or sent?After placing an order you will receive immediately receive a confirmation email, which lists your purchases and post address.
You will receive another email notification through PayPal when your order has been posted (within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment).
You will not receive a post tracking number as I post via Regular Australia Post, unless notified otherwise.
If, for whatever reason, your order is not posted in the expected time frame, I will send you an email to let you know.
How long does it take to receive an order?Please see Shipping and Returns.
Do you accept returns?Please see Shipping and Returns.
Can I make changes to my order or address after I place an order?If you make contact immediately after placing your order with your change requests, I may be able to make adjustments.
If your order has already been posted (such as you have received a shipping confirmation), I will not be able to make changes.
Please double check your postal address is correct before confirming your order.
Should I expect to pay any duties/taxes (GST/VAT/Sales Tax) for my order?In some countries, applicable duties and taxes may be charged on receipt of parcels. Charges are not always incurred, and are based on the value of the order and tax-free threshold set by the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are generally collected at the time of delivery.
The full value of any order must be declared on a parcel.
If you are unsure about duties and taxes applicable to you, contact your local customs office and/or post office.

I can't find an item?All Creep Heart items are made in limited editions and small runs. This means that when an item is no longer available, it’s completely sold out.
Keeping collections small means that the items are unique, and that I’m able to make time to bring out new collections.
On occasion, some items are also only released at markets and events while they’re available.
Generally, whatever is listed online at the time is the current collection that’s available. Sold out items may still be available from Creep Heart stockists.
Where is your art/jewellery/products made?Each Creep Heart product starts with a small sketch from my imagination and is developed by hand using a tablet in digital art programs.
My artworks are printed, laser cut and assembled in my home studio in Australia.
I have made everything that you see here, and some of the things that I make my partner offers as a service via Vector Etch.
